The workforce has spoken, are you ready to take action?
In an effort to better understand the way the workforce was changing, a cross-functional team at MAU developed a survey that was distributed to almost 200,000 people from our candidate database.
The survey’s questions were based on researched trends in the market with the goal of uncovering what exactly workers prioritize, and what changes your company can begin to explore to satisfy those priorities.
- 63% stated that the Pandemic has changed how they view work.
- 42% stated that “Time with Family” is what they value most when it comes to work, ahead of salary and compensation.
- The majority preferred a fixed schedule to a swing schedule.
- 50.83% of respondents are interested in a part-time job.
